About Us
Hired by an electric energy cooperative that was doing electricity network installation services in Itapoá, in 1978 Francisco Besen and his wife Teresinha Vinter Besen came to Itapoá to carry out this temporary work. Known at the time as Chico da Luz, he worked in a small room at Balneário Itapoá. Since then, he started receiving requests for light connection (standard), that's when the couple realized that their future was here, as it was a place that still needed everything. He was an electrician and she was a seamstress, so they decided to set up a small business, an electrical material store and provide services in the area. They bought a small house in Barra do Saí, which underwent transformations serving as a residence and commerce at the same time
With the new store ready, featuring the entire line of raw materials and finishes, the movement of customers was increasing every day, so the owner and founder, Francisco Besen again thought about innovating. Why not create a product that makes life easier for bricklayers? So he set up a plastering plaster factory. Soon after sales began, the new product proved to be indispensable for those who knew it.

They didn't measure efforts, working hard, day, night, weekends, and they couldn't even enjoy the fruits that work gave them, as they had to focus on work and so they went through the difficulties and always betting on the future where they grew up each day. In 1985, the arrival of their second child and always with an entrepreneurial vision, saw the need to expand the business again, why not sell real estate too? Thus, they would be adding one more service to the customer, and that was when IMOBILIÁRIA BESEN emerged.

Itapoá starting to grow, the building of approximately 300m2 that housed the Building Materials and Real Estate Store seems to be getting small. Thus arises the need to expand the store. But with no room to expand to the sides, there was a need to take bold measures for the moment, so he started to buy the land and houses around the material warehouse, so he could build a new, larger store and increase the price. warehouse size for the stock of goods.

In 2006, with part of the warehouse already built, the construction of the future store could begin. Always with its feet on the ground, the construction took around 2 years to be completed.
